Mandaluna is an online-only store based in Miami, FL. We have been fulfilling your style demands since 2020!

How can I get in contact with customer service?

Contact us via email mandalunaa@gmail.com, and Instagram DM at @Mandalunaa_. All emails and Instagram DMs are responded to within 12-24 hours. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay.
Checks, money orders and cash on delivery (COD) are not accepted.

What size am I?

Our jewelry are based on inches, we explain you in all of the product you can check below the accessory on the right hand side we have "fit and sizing" and use our size chart to compare the sizes so you can use the most suitable one for you. So you can always check product descriptions for details regarding the material and fit of the item below the accessory on the right hand side.

When will my order be processed? How fast is shipping?

Orders  typically processed about one day always in business day.
We offer USPS Standard Shipping 
We are no receive international orders.

What quality should I expect?

All our jewelry is Brazilian 18k gold filled, offering beautiful jewelry with high quality, durability, and unique designs. In addition, we offer excellent quality custom designs made with fresh pearl water and polymers.

Can I find you on social media?

Yes, you can find us on your fav social media platforms! Our main platform is Instagram but you can also find us on Facebook, Tik Tok, and Pinterest at @mandalunaa_  on all our platforms.

What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How can I track my order?

You will receive the order tracking after placing your order and it will be sent to your email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please be advised that cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours after placing your order. Requests may be placed through email. Cancellation requests must be authorized and approved before the order is processed (12 hour time frame). Once your order has been processed, it can not be cancelled under any circumstances. Please note that Mandaluna does not issue any refunds. If your cancellation is approved you will receive store credit for your purchase. 

Can I change the name on my Custom Necklace if I spelled it incorrectly?

Yes. You just need to get in touch with our customer service team and we will happily assist you with correcting your order. However, if you realize once your order has already been shipped to you, we ask that you treat it like an exchange.   Contact us via our email mandalunaa@gmail.com

What is the maximum amount of letters that my name can be spelled customized Necklace?

We accept up to 9 letters since in this way we can guarantee that your necklace will look perfect with that maximum number of letters.

Can I get special characters (!, @, #, $, %, etc.) on my customized Star Crossed Lovers Necklace?

Unfortunately, we can not use special characters.

Can my jewelry get wet?

All of our jewels are made using 18k Brazilian Gold Filled so we recommend avoiding anything wet such as water, perfume or lotion. Contact with anything wet may cause discoloration or tarnishing. However, all of our fine jewelry is solid 18k gold, can be worn 24/7 and is safe in water!

How can I prevent tarnishing?

Our jewels are made from 18k Brazilian Gold Filled. We recommend keeping our pieces away from any liquid or lotion as a rule of thumb. If your piece tarnishes within 30 days feel free to reach out and we are more than happy to send a replacement! Please note that all of our fine jewelry is 18k gold filled and shouldn't tarnish!

If my jewels become damaged, can I get them replaced?

Yes, we will happily send you a new item! Please email mandalunaa@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the damaged jewels. This does not apply for our fine jewelry as these items are made to last and should not become damaged. 

What is your replacement policy on jewelry?

We have a 15 day replacement policy starting from the day the jewels were delivered. We will replace broken or tarnished pieces. Please email mandalunaa@gmail.com  with your order # and a photo of the jewelry item that is broken or tarnished. This does not apply to our fine jewelry as these items are made to last and should not need to be replaced. 

Can I wash and dry my jewelry loungewear?

We suggest washing them inside out on cold and hanging them to dry to keep them extra heavenly! If you do dry them, it's best to use the lowest heat setting
